Cascading Email Campaign
The Lord loves a good Win-Win! With very little time and effort on your part, you can exponentially increase awareness of The Liahona Project, enabling families with common challenges throughout the Church to participate in our community. You’ll be able to offer them your advice and encouragement . . . and in turn benefit from theirs. Win-Win!
All you need to do is copy the following 2 paragraphs and send them to every LDS person on your email list.
I’d like to enlist your help in getting the word out about a new website called The Liahona Project … faith and direction (www.theliahonaproject.net). It’s a totally non-commercial, on-line support network of LDS families with special needs children and adults. Its goal and only purpose is to be a place where Latter-day Saints can discuss — in unselfconsciously LDS terms — the blessings and the stressings of raising a child with special needs.
Check it out, and if you feel comfortable doing so, mention the site to anyone in your ward who might have a personal interest in such a resource. Then, please copy and send these 2 paragraphs to every LDS person on your email list. Each of them lives in a ward somewhere … and it is all too likely that at least one family in that ward will have an interest. Encourage your recipients to follow through in the same way and awareness of the site will quickly spread throughout the church.
